They were written by various artists that I liked so I stole them.
It's only me on the recording playing all the instruments and singing all the vocal parts.

The following are a couple of tracks from the only album recorded by "Mixed Company" Our folk band consisting of Jim VanderMate,
Sandy Andersen and me. These were recorded live on July 14, 1979.

Jim wrote this song for me because I was frustrated trying to write songs while he and Sandy kept turning them out at will. This is the only song that I got to sing the lead on while Sandy and Jim sang backing harmonies. I also played the lead acoustic
guitar here.

This is "Tubin' On Down (The Green River Gorge). Jim and I tubed the gorge several times and had so much fun, Jim wrote this song about it. Mixed Company had a whole lotta fun singing it.
